Walleye 101 is rolling back into Huron, Ohio for another great Lake Erie spring trip. This early season event will likely produce both numbers of fish and some real trophies. Anglers will troll both crank baits and crawler harnesses depending on the water temperature. Hot spots from past seasons include Middle Bass Island, Rattlesnake Island, Kelley's Island Shoal, and Green Island. Here are some of the highlights of the Lake Erie Spring Trophy Hunt:
- Dates - Thursday April 25th - Sunday April 28 2013
- Three Nights Lodging and Continental Breakfast at the Huron, Ohio Motel 6
- Three Days of Fishing & Sharing Information on the Water
- Boat Launch and Fish Cleaning at Holiday Harbor Marina
- Waypoint Lists and Nightly Seminars to Discuss the Days Fishing
- Walleye 101 Sweatshirt and Group Photos
- Evening Fish Fry on Saturday Night
- Cost $300 per person if paid in full by March 30th ($325 after March 30th)
- Early Registration Paid in full by December 31, 2012 is $25 discount ($275 total price)
Walleye 101 Trophy Hunts take place in a family friendly environment - you are welcome to bring your wife, kids, relatives, fishing buddies, and co-workers.
